I never believed this day would arrive.

I never truly believed this day would arrive.

If I conceived it would, I imagined it differently.

Unknowingly manifesting before me being vibrantly alive.

With the summery Sun light filling me abundantly,

With love all around me, visually astounding colors,

Sought out my sight and dilated my pupils,

And the power within carried me over boulders.

I could not help but wonder, "How many more sequels,

Would I have on this land that I love and ever so crave?"

For all I know, tomorrow could be the end.

I should not coward away, instead I must be brave.

Please fill my heart with courage as I continue to ascend.

Each and every birthday I will celebrate,

And pursue the life I choose to create.
