-*-

If you think that I'm standing too close

and you say that I may need to pull back,

I'll be smiling from the spot that you choose

'cause I know you're gonna stay on your track.

-*-

If you think that I may have some remorse

when you talk about your mods and your life,

just remember: I hold dear your discourse,

I'll stop whatever keeps me distracted.

-*-

I am here to see your wings expanding,

and to catch you if you fall to the ground;

I will see the first steps in your journey,

I'll help you until your path has been found.

-*-

If you think it's so hard to be a young girl,

you'll see when you have some of your own;

I can't think of anything I would've changed,

I feel blessed by your Life and your love.

-*-

I am here to see your dreams distending,

and to catch you if you fall to the ground;

I will gaze at some mistakes in your journey,

I'll guide you until your path has been found.

-*-

I am here to see your wings expanding,

and to catch you if your fall to the ground;

I will miss the last steps in your journey,

I'll stay until your path has been found.

-*-

I was blessed by your heart and your passion,

I will love you until my time is all gone.
