I know the feeling.
It has been a rough year. Beyond what we are all experiencing, our family has faced a lot of trials this year. One of our children has had a rough time and I had been so worried. Things felt so dim. Turns out there was a light at the end of the tunnel...or rather a rainbow. Our child came out to us as trans and our world has so much color now that his light has returned. Let your light shine and color the world in ALL of your hues.
The sky looks very sad today, the clouds have turned it all to gray. No beautiful blue, no bright yellow sun. Nothing but gray.
Red is love.
Red is desire.
Red is anger.
Red is fire.
Red is passion.
I am Red.
Blue is devotion.
Blue is calm.
Blue is compassion.
Blue is relaxed.
Blue is comfort.
I am Blue.
Yellow is shiny.
Yellow is bright.
Yellow is happy.
Yellow is free.
Yellow is warmth.
I am Yellow.
I am Red.
I am Blue.
I am yellow.
I am orange and purple and green.
Some days I feel red and some I feel green. Others I feel all of the colors between. On days like today when I am feeling just gray, I remember my colors are still within me and remind myself even a rainbow needs clouds.
The sky looks very sad today but there is a rainbow on the horizon.
