I Kissed a Frog
I kissed a frog on a silly dare,
Hoped for a prince, got a slimy scare.
His beady eyes just stared at me,
now my lips feel like they’re scarey
A tingle first, then an awful itch,
Now they’re red and starting to twitch.
A bumpy plague has taken hold,
I should’ve listened—I’d been told.
Forget the fairytales, they tell you lies,
Kissing a frog just multiplies
Your need for ointments, creams, and pills.
Next time, I’ll stick to smelling daffodils.

Geez, one does have to be careful out there for there are a lot of frogs out there. Good one, good job.
