🔥I Am A Phoenix🔥 Written by Dana Morales

You can try to burn me with the fires of your toxicity

Try to leave me with the heartbreaks and agonies

But darling, I am a Phoenix, don’t you see?

I’ve been through it all, these ashes are no longer a part of me

My rise from these ashes are the symbolism of my arrival

All these past hurts, I now leave behind they are the totem of my survival

From all the wars that I have fought alone and have won

My future now is full of new songs that are currently unsung

For a new era is on the horizon, my transformation has already begun

I am a Phoenix, a beautiful creature that can no longer hide

The wonders I bring to this world, for they are like a tsunami with grand tides

You can try to suck me dry and use your angers to devour

I am Phoenix now, darling, my destiny from now on is to empower

Those who have been through the burning pains

Leaving scars on their precious bodies to the point where they’re ashamed

I am here to share my light with them, so their darkness will no longer remain

I am a Phoenix, dear mortal, comes close to me if you dare

Or are you too afraid that it’s from a distance you will stare?

You see my feathers, how they are so mystical and rare?

I am a Phoenix, so irresistible that my beauty is one you cannot compare

Flying to my highest good, up in the clouds

You can’t deny my magical appearance

For I am a Phoenix, darling

I am alive again, how do you like me now? 😌
