C onvincing themselves that they're not

L ike me.

I n rain or shine I sit and push through, as they

P ush on. The occasional pity

S mile or sandwich tossed my way.

E veryday life in Society's shadow.

    I tend to think "there but for the grace of god", God, in this case, being the support of my loved ones. None of us are immune from life turning very hard indeed.

    I couldn't agree more with the sentiment and words of this piece. Something I've written on before...and I am fully aware I have hypocritical tendencies too towards this kinda thing.
