Homemade Sushi

I made it with what I had with me

By Seema PatelPublished 7 months ago 1 min read
Innovative sushi @Seema

I wanted to eat sushi one day,

but I didn’t like going out

or spending much.

The only time I ate sushi

was in a Las Vegas banquet,

and it was salty for my taste.

I had some ingredients at home,

and I wanted to be innovative.

So I mixed steamed rice,

with salted soy sauce,

put it in

cookie cutter mold,

added a piece of fried shrimp,

and a chunk of avocado,

and sushi circles were made!

I didn’t have seaweed to wrap,

but I had some pomegranates,

to add color and garnish.

I dipped the sushi

in soy sauce condiment,

and enjoyed a nice sushi meal.

Note: What do you think about it? Looks good? Do you like sushi?
