soarin’ over peaks
snow-capped ridges – patchwork art
red octopus’ arms
*
straggled to reach high
experiments in red light
where water is cold
*
a desolate place
no human, no animal
it’s bare everywhere
*
stamped on earth like sign
few can decipher fully
so much more to come
