Hey, Autumn eyes

Do you have the Midas touch?

Hey, Autumn eyes

Burnt orange and liquid moss

Honey brown amber vibes

Electric undercurrent charging my butterflies

that ceased to fly for some time

You see my broken heart and fill the cracks with gold

Hold me (and hold me together)... please....

Mend my pieces while I get lost in your eyes

Hoping your soul will understand mine

Your Midas touch can singe imprints on my skin

Like rings on a tree I can sense your memories

You stare at the sun and it burns your eyes

Careful- her intensity could melt you alive

I let your heat consume my whole being;

I would drown in that fire...
