Here comes summer 2025

The heat begins its slow ascent,

a creeping, golden tide,

Summer stirs in whispered breath

while dreamers sleep inside.

Each dawn brings a warmer touch,

a soft, seductive tease,

Clouds stretch across a waking breeze.

The world revives in vibrant shades,

in emerald and gold,

Where flowers bloom

A joyful sight for all.

The air is thick with jasmine,

with earth and ocean’s sigh,

A heady mix that lingers

sweet beneath the burning sky.

The sun commands the endless blue,

its fire upon our skin,

A lover’s kiss, both fierce and soft,

inviting us within.

At dusk, the stars ignite the dark,

a cosmic, pulsing glow,

As summer hums its siren song

in rhythms soft and slow.

The heat is high, the night is long,

the air is ripe with dreams,

A season made for laughter

bright and golden, sunlit schemes.

So let us drink the warmth in full,

let wild hearts take flight,

For summer’s touch is faultless,
