Yoga for the tongue

A garden for the mind

Grand aquatic ball

For all fruits, herbs and spices

One could call it a diabetic alternative

To sugary fruit juices

You might not get your five a day

But at least it’s hydrating

Celebrated in ancient Egypt and ancient China

To the shores of Devon and streets of New York.

Herbs have advanced into many forms

In our medicines, hearty meals and luscious drinks

A Cheap, cheerful and healthy detox

Don’t let anyone dupe you into saying it’s premium

Medicine for the world

But like any drug is fatal

if there is an overdose

but to me, there is so such thing

as an overdose of herbal tea

inspirational
