Satan, I renounce you!

Satan, I renounce you!

SATAN, I RENOUNCE YOU!

And my eyes opened to the right bedroom, the right building lights on the dock.

The sleep of reason produces monsters…

Cornered, and asleep, what other tools

did I have available if not faith?

My mother calls me a pumpkin eater.

The same faith that cast the devil in my mind before angels could take place.

Very Dante, placing Hell before anything else.

Stuck, in multiple nightmares, sweating, numb, and finally awake.

But that’s not my room.

I mean, it is my room, but I’m sleeping the wrong way around and there is a TV on the wall which I don’t have.

So Reason was lost and the sky out of the window was red and bright. Until it was all black.

Again, I renounced Satan. Then, still asleep, a white light

(quite vaginal in shape)

expanded, and I recited:

In the name of The Father

The Son

and The Holy Spirit.
