For this, there may be examples that do not make much sense. It is okay if it does not. I would like to bring awareness to how much trouble many people have with thought. This is just a small example. Let me show you how you can connect raisins to sleepiness.
I want you to think of (let us say ) sun dried raisins. Well okay, it is just dried grapes, right? Wrong. It is a dried grape that many children love to eat and many do not. So if they like dried grapes, maybe the same children like fresh grapes? No, they may say it is sour or too sticky. Others say that they like them still because they just love fruit. Well, how can someone like one thing and not another when they are the same thing in different states and possible different taste? Apples and applesauce. Peanuts and peanut butter. Water and ice. Speaking of water and ice, how can someone like rain but not snow or vice versa. One makes a day drowsy while the other screams fun day. You can still do the same activities in rain and snow. You can run, slip, fall and get soaked. You end up cold after both so why not just stay inside to watch a movie, show or read a book? Great, now you have three things to choose from. Right? Wrong. If you choose book, which book are you in the mood for? Now you do not want to read because you do not know what mood you are in. Okay, movie or show is the obvious right choice. Wrong again you are. You are in one mood but seen everything you have access to. Now you are not wanting to watch anything. Okay maybe you should play a game? Nope, you do not want to mess up the house or play it alone. Well, the road is okay to drive on. So head on over to a friends house or family members house. Oh but do not forget that you have to use the gas in your vehicle, or waste extra time walking. Now you start thinking of the gas you might use. Do not forget about the price of gas, or the amount of money at your disposal. If you went, you would not have enough for your bills the following week. Do not have enough? Well it looks like that plan changed too. That is okay, you can just get on your electronic device. It will be fine, because you are going to waste hours on social media to save money. Time passes and you realize you had to charge your device. $$$ Now you are now bored and worried, so you get something to eat. Well now you have energy but do not want to clean the mess you have made. That is okay it can wait a bit. Your whole day has passed, you are sleepy and you realize you have not done a thing. Wrong. You have been doing exhausting things all day. Your mind has been racing all day about what to do, how to do it and the outcomes.
Welcome to what many experience throughout their life. It takes a toll eventually. So remember those of you who have this same issue, you are not alone. Those of you who do not have this issue might want to be a patient with the others. They really are trying.
