Healing and Blooming

By Julie O'Hara - Author, Poet and Spiritual WarriorPublished 2 months ago 1 min read

Verse 1

I’ve been walking through the ashes

With petals growing from my feet

Every scar a silent garden

Where broken things and hope still meet

Pre-Chorus

I’m not waiting to be perfect

I’m not hiding from the rain

I’m a wildflower in motion

Rooted deep in joy and pain

Chorus

I’m healing and blooming at the same time

Learning to rise while I still cry

I’m not a finished song, I’m a sacred climb

A soft rebellion wrapped in sky

Don’t rush the light, don’t fear the climb

I’m healing and blooming at the same time

Verse 2

There’s a softness in the struggle

A strength that doesn’t roar

I’m growing through the questions

Not the answers I once wore

Bridge

Let the thorns and blossoms dance

Let the mess become romance

I’m a story still in bloom

And every bruise makes room

Final Chorus

I’m healing and blooming at the same time

Not just surviving—I redefine

I’m the echo of grace in a world unkind

A living prayer, a holy sign

Don’t rush the light, don’t fear the climb

I’m healing and blooming at the same time
