Life is certainly a pain that we often feel.
Wishing it was just a dream, but it’s all too real.
We rose above the world of lies when we saw the real.
I’ve come to tell you that one day all your scars will heal.
You may have been wounded and broken by strife.
Reached back and felt a knife, but you still breathe life.
No matter how much you’re cut and your blood keeps flowing.
You get back up on your feet and make sure to keep going.
They say scars are forever. I’m here to say never.
One day that wound will disappear and you’ll be all better.
Have faith in your regeneration and know it all is real.
Clean up the mess made by your flesh and all your scars will heal.
