It feels like I say this a lot.

Today was a hard day.

But I’m alive.

Today feels like I’m not deserving.

But I’m still breathing.

I’m still graced with the possibility and grace of a purpose.

What gets me out of bed every day?

I need money to pay my bills.

Is that really your purpose?

Give yourself the chance to look deeper, really look to find the answers.

Who am I?

Who am I meant to be?

What am I supposed to do?

Once you know,

You know it’s time to listen to that inner voice and pursue your dreams.

Have confidence in yourself.

Embrace yourself and all your flaws

Embrace the lumps and bumps.

Embrace the person within.

It’s just like doing the inner child work.

Find your quiet space,

Take the time to sit comfortably,

Use several colored pens to scribble those thoughts out onto paper or in a journal.

Observe the feelings,

Recognize the triggers,

Sit in the peace and give yourself the chance to meditate on what you’ve felt

On what you can learn

On what you can control and what you cannot.

Don’t be so hard on yourself.

Give yourself some grace,

Show yourself some unconditional love.

You are good enough.

Don’t let him/her take that away from you.

No one can take something from you,

You have to willingly give them that power.

Every day is a work in progress.

Every day wake up with a thank you.

Release any hate, resentment, or judgment that’s weighing you down

And show up for yourself.

It’s not selfish

To give yourself some grace.

I love that you say "every day wake up with a thank you." Too often we forget that every day is a gift. Such a poignant reminder. Well done.

Exactly we all need to show grace more often than we do. Good job.
