Jesus in a Knife Fight
Something like that.
See, it's dream. I meet Jesus.
He says "Believe in me and you get eternal life".
So I do.
Then we get in an argument,
And pretty soon it turns into a knife fight,
And that mother stabs me,
But I don't die because I believe in him,
But it really hurts like hell.
Wait a second,
If you go to Hell you live forever too,
But in a bad neighborhood.

Introduction This image made me think of Irish and Welsh mythology, so I have decided on an ekphrastic casbairdne for the form, which, although quite short, is a very difficult form, and this is my first attempt. I did find this very hard, but hopefully I made it work.
