Grandchildren: A Gift from God
I love my Three Grandsons

Grandchildren: A Gift from God
Tiny hands that hold our hearts so tight,
Laughter that turns the darkest night bright.
Eyes that sparkle like the stars above,
Grandchildren—purest gifts of love.
Their voices ring with innocent glee,
Unlocking memories of who we used to be.
Each giggle and hug, a moment to treasure,
Their presence alone brings boundless pleasure.
Through them, life’s circle comes alive,
Reminding us why we strive to thrive.
Lessons we teach, they eagerly take,
Building a bond no time can break.
From chubby cheeks to their confident stride,
We walk beside them, their guide and their pride.
Each milestone reached, a triumph we share,
Their joy becomes ours, beyond compare.
A gift from God, a blessing divine,
Grandchildren’s love is a sacred sign.
They fill our hearts, they make us whole,
Precious keepers of our soul.

I've been writing poetry since the age of fourteen. With pen in hand, I wander through realms unseen. The pen holds power; ink reveals hidden thoughts. A poet may speak truth or weave a tale. You decide. Let pen and ink capture your mind❤️

Does grandnieces and nephews' count? If they do couldn't agree more. Good work.
This is so absolutely true. I have seven grandchildren from age 1 to 11… 6 boys then the girl who is 1. Number 8, 2nd girl, is due in March. They wrap our heart around this fingers… and squeeze… 😉🥰😅
Merry Christmas and Thank you
