
“One small positive thought
in the morning
can change your whole day”
This one small positive thought,
at the beginning of each day,
can have a real impact
on our mood and outlook
for that day.
And this is a good way
to fight depression,
because if our mind
has a positive thought in it,
there is no room
for a negative one.
When we focus on the positive
first thing in the morning,
we are setting our whole day up
to be optimistic.
This will also remind us
of all of the “good”
that is in our lives.
One ‘good’ thought
when we first wake up or over breakfast,
will strengthen our mental health
and give us control of our minds and lives
first thing in the morning.
With the Law of Attraction,
when we ‘think’ that positive thought,
we are ‘attracting’ more
positive,
happy and
joyful
‘things’ and people
into our lives.
This benefits us and those
we share our lives with.
