So much truth here! I tell my students this all the time. Just because you feel a way, doesn't mean you have to act that way!
Well-wrought! The years have mellowed me so that now I have learned another way to cheat frustration: let it flounder. Stand there long enough without reacting to the impetus, and it walks off with its shoulders slumped, mumbling "Whatever happened to that guy? He used to be so much fun." It was never fun for me though! I prefer serenity.
This is the energy we need! Tifff. Frustration better watch outβyou're coming in swinging! π₯π₯If frustration had a face, I bet it just flinched.π
