You and Me

That much is true.

But as friend,

You remain true blue.

However, we should not

let these differences...

Prevent us

From letting out...

The friendship

That dwells

Deep within.

They matter not.

Regardless of...

Religion,

language spoken, or...

Color of skin.

Even though we are not...

Exactly the same,

I love you

No matter what

Your country

And...

No matter

Your name.

Your name

&

Your age,

How you look

On the outside

Or how much

You cover your skin,

These are only superficial,

on-the-surface parts of you.

The real beauty

Lies buried within.
