Helping you

To teach you

Not helping

To allow you to learn

Praising you

for your self-worth

Confronting you

for your self-awareness

Saying ‘run’ for your courage

Saying ‘walk’ for your willpower

Holding on to you

Because I love you

Then

Letting you go

Because I love you even more
