I hadn't intended to write a poem at this moment but Dharrsheena gave me a prompt in a comment on this piece.
This was the prompt
Oooo, can I give you a prompt? I'll take that as a yes 🤣 I would love for you to write a poem (any format) about the colour you hate the most. Roast the hell out of it!
I think that this really does need to be a villanelle. I don't norma;y write nasty pieces, but maybe for Beige I can make an exception.
"Beige" by Yoke Lore is quite a pleasant song, unlike its eponymous colour.

😂😂😂. Beige is in style now. My poor little great-granddaughter looks like a boy most of the time. Brown, beige, cream, warm colors I'm told. I got her pink and colors that I never see her in.
