Of a most serious health condition
All the different symptoms many people don’t know
So to their doctor’s office, they don’t go
Instead, sometimes things are diagnosed too late
Then with Grim Death, they have a permanent date
My advice to you, your doctor, you need to see
Before your heart needs assistance, take it from me
Take good care of your heart
It plays an important part
So as I don my red dress
I’ll remind you to watch your stress
Keep your health in the pink

Heart health is so important thanks for this great reminder
Too late for me, I have already had a heart attack do I see my cardiologist every six months, however, the AHA, I agree should use this poem.

It's a powerful message that encourages people to take care of their well-being and be proactive about their health.
I love this! As someone with multiple chronic health issues, I learned going to the doctor is so important to stay as healthy as possible (I mean for anyone)
I was just talking to my brother about health earlier today. He's going in on the 11th to see if a heart issue can be fixed with medicine. So glad I read this. A great reminder to pay attention to health. 💖
