Face of Death: Nature’s Massacre

Poem

By Jhean-MychelPublished 5 years ago 1 min read
NATURE'S MASSACRE

I ravage and pillage

Through your simple village

With a ghostly intention

To devour your grandsons

With a famine so wide

I take your food with pride

While you starve and suffer

I eradicate your mothers

Through unsanctioned skin

I seep deep within

The festering boils and cankers

Smother your body with anger

As i extinguish your air

I release you bare

I stand down on your chest

To snuff out your best

I exist through world sickness

Brought on by nature’s illness

Through torrential rains

I drown your membranes

Leaving behind

A family unkind

Through earthquakes i demolish

Your dimly lit knowledge

I come through tornadoes

And travel with lava

And decimate earth’s children

No remorse, just trauma.
