A fleeting breath, a fading light,
A journey into the unknown night,
A path we all must one day tread,
When life's last chapter has been read.
The final moment, bittersweet,
As we leave behind this earthly seat,
A passage from the mortal plane,
To realms beyond, we can't explain.
Though fear may grip and tears may flow,
Death's mystery we cannot know,
A transformation, a sacred rite,
An ending that leads to endless light.
For in the end, we all shall see,
Death's embrace sets our spirits free,
A voyage to eternity's shore,
Where soul and mystery shall forevermore explore.
So fear not the end, for it's a start,
A passage to the infinite heart,
A journey to the great unknown,
Where souls shall soar and truth be shown.
In death's embrace, we find release,
A timeless peace, a lasting peace,
A union with the cosmic whole,
Where eternity shall take its toll.
