When communication feels ineffective, the best attitude to adopt is: "We are different, but no one is wrong. Deeply realizing that our cognition is different helps immensely. Not only are our thoughts out of sync, but our actions are too.

Even the most basic communication can become exhausting. No matter how many times you try, the result remains the same for feelings, friendships, and family relationships.

Ultimately, I respect your journey and understand your limitations. I give you your power back, and I take my power back. Strong people apologize. Only those with a stronger heart can truly forgive.

Flowers will bloom sooner or later, but their time has not yet arrived. It's time to stop ineffective communication: let them go, and let yourself go.
