If you're depressed, you're living in the past; if you're anxious, you're living in the future; if you're calm, you're living in the present.

When you truly begin to love yourself, you'll start going to bed earlier and enjoying exercise more. You'll be free of worry and anxiety and become more confident. Pursue meaningful people and things, and then you'll realize that life has just begun. Divide your time between sleep, reading, and exercise, and the natural world—the flowers, birds, trees, mountains, rivers, and oceans—sharing your love for the world.

Sometimes, people shouldn't dwell too long on a single thing. In the end, you're not at odds with the situation, but with yourself. In life, nothing can go exactly as planned. A full moon wanes, and a full cup of water overflows. Aim for only half-satisfaction in everything. Take good care of your body, do what you love, and cherish the people who matter. Everything you need is on the way. Leave the good and the bad to time.

As the Zen saying goes, "Clinging to someone you're not meant to be with, or dwelling on lost love, is a profound self-harm." Born from obsession, die from obsession; letting go is rebirth.

A cheerful smile brings peace to all. Those who love to laugh haven't avoided hardship; they simply believe that life is their own, and they must bear it themselves.

Looking back, I realized that the days I once thought I could never return to are now gone, and the hardships I once endured are also gone.

I treat thorns as fields of flowers, and nothing in this world can torment me.

Those who love to talk about pain are often young people who have never truly known sorrow, while the elderly Beethoven, who had experienced the hardships of life, sang the Ode to Joy. And for us, I hope that when we look up at the moon, we feel not loneliness, but happiness; I hope that even though we have been hurt, we can still embrace life; I hope that we all are well, not depressed, not anxious, but healthy and happy.

Pessimists are always right, and optimists always move forward. Live well. In this world of indifference, please take good care of yourself. Healing yourself is difficult, and I have spent my life healing myself.
