on beds of bountiful blessing.
Cease fire your rocketing minds,
and lap up the waters of rejuvenation.
Sometimes, life’s test is to see if you will choose sage rest.
Plant yourself in nurturing earth,
with feet free, in grounds of friendship and camaraderie.
Let us gather around campfire,
and read the Chronicles of Narnia books aloud.
Wrap a blanket around your shoulders,
sipping hot chocolate and good memories too.
Some nights you hope would last for eternity,
but the next morning, you agree,
to write about the sweet times and rhymes,
etched as echoing melodies.
