Echoes in my body
Echoes through the blood
Echoes of long held stories
Vibrations felt
Of what
No, I don't need to know
Letting go
Letting it flow
Water bounces and vibrates in patterns waves and lines
Echoes of the past dance in the blood
What does it whisper?
Echoing from a millennium ago
Echoing through yesterday, today and tomorrow
Letting them dance within my veins
Feel them sway in my bones, my beliefs
My Life
Breathing it in
Breathing it out
Feeling the softness of distant echoes rise
Feeling the pounding of close echoes in time
Feel each vibration
Each Story
My stories as they echo through my life
What are these stories
Do I need to know
Do I need the echoes kiss
Let go of the emotion
Embrace them and invite them home
Distant cells echo gently
Echoing clearly, to guide me to you
So I may release your hold
Today I see you and your emotional ties
Today I experience an expanded view
I see from a new height a very different space
I rewrite the echoes and let them fly free.
Embracing the scars not, the wounds that have long healed
