Double Rainbow

A haiku

Double rainbow @Seema

"A double rainbow—

what a serendipitous joy,

viewed from my window."

Rainbows are rare and ephemeral phenomena. Sometimes we get lucky enough to witness this serendipitous beauty.

One morning, I was privileged to see a double rainbow from my bedroom window. It seems to perch between the hills and the houses, in the west.

I felt blessed to capture it. Sharing it with my family would have been nice. But it does not wait.

Now, I’m sharing it with you.

Two nice quotes on rainbow:

Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud. ~ Maya Angelou

The way I see it, if you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain. ~ Dolly Parton
