Don’t Stop Dreaming
A tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Nightmares run amuck and they don’t stop scheming.
But like the hood doctor, never stop dreaming.
Trouble comes around. It goes and yes it seems big.
Close your eyes and trust your will to dream big.
Don’t stop believing in the power of unity.
We’ll live as a community that starts with you and me.
Just like Martin we will conquer all the giants who challenge is.
We won’t let our enemies devour us or overpower us.
Don’t stop walking towards your destiny.
Every step you take is another chapter in your legacy.
United and alive and we’ll keep on breathing.
Even with eyes open make sure to keep on dreaming.
