Disappear

Running away

By KodahPublished about a year ago 1 min read

All she wanted was to disappear.

It felt like she was drowning but didn't know where the air was—trying to find the right direction that was going to lead her onto the right path.

Then she realised, there was no path accurate to her intended destination.

So, then she stands there lost, unsure of her next move. Completely adrift—with no compass, map, or sense of where to go or what to do.

Maybe the thought of her running away would help her find a bigger connection or community, but in fact—she feels even more alone than before she left.

Some girls enter a strange position they are in: on the cusp of adulthood but not necessarily ready for it, or too ready for it.

But she's learning,

Learning to survive being alone.

Like I've stated before...

You don't intend to make the people you love disappear,

Sometimes people just did~
