A September meadow sings in notes of dew

Songs without lyrics

But Daystar knows every verse

Prayers soak first morning lawn

Hushed hymns harken

"Please release these tears, so we may rejoice"

Eminence responds short of psalms

Warmth meets mizzle

Drizzle dries-

Sniffles become snazzy; Sun shoulders snuff

Pre-Autumn gestures

When silence is golden, always enough

Rise to the occasion

Lowland rainbows take a bow

Prisms, medley in a meadow

Six-hued songlet needn't have runes

Bask and bake meet dewdrops

Voiceless influential

Collaborative nae vocalite tunes

Light breaking instrumental

***

Author's note: this is the sister poem to part one, an acrostic, in the Light Breaks Water Challenge.

This was such a wonderful poem and I absolutely loved it! Also, there's a small typo to the word "instrumental" in your last line

Yeah, a fabulous sequel to a fabulous poem! The song continues, and of course this is one just as captivating! Your poems are so always so good!! You might need to share some tips, Marilyn, haha.
