A Poem In Loving Memory of A Dear Friend.

A million candles I would light,

To carry your spirit through the night.

I miss your music,

I miss your company,

But still,

I listen to your songs.

It only seems like yesterday since,

We became friends;

We grew close,

And in spirit, friendship never ends.

When I hear your music,

I know you're still here,

Guiding me in spirit,

With every note I hear.

So today my dear friend,

My tears still fall,

But I remind myself,

Our friendship never ends,

Because you still hear my every call.

Each morning when I wake up,

And I feel I can't go on;

I listen to your song,

And you're there to remind me,

To never give up.

You always gave me strength,

And put the faith back inside,

You shone your power,

Like the sunshine outside.

So now, every day dear friend,

I think of you with a smile,

And when I hear your music,

I know I can walk the extra mile.
