Dandling Purple

color challenge

By Lili BloomPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

Once a man in a film that was blind, in a film, described the colors of the yellow leaves falling and the light sinking down on the alley by the church at 4pm in the afternoon,

Once a father told his son about the color of envy and guilt and triumph and asked him to never, never do the mistake and never, never wear those colors as emblems,

Once a woman that was young and innocent wondered, at an early age, why people had different hair color and why people had different skin tone, in the train,

And once someone thought that colors needed to be translated into unique words, for a competition, on a website, not even well paid,

Green

Frogs fucking greeneries stuck in the throat of livers colors with pastoral conjunctions and leafy viridescent foliage

Red

Bloody bloody blood ripped off loves and carnations dripping corners of smiling mouths and satisfied war heroes

Yellow

Concrete wall of piss and sunflowers attached with metal spikes thorns of dressing mustard fainting from the sun

Blue

Azur ether flying away into the dissatisfied ocean, rainless moody days of heavens
