Nurture them. A haiku

"Don't you tell me that,

it needs money to have fun.

Have you blown dandelion?"

Growing up in India, I didn’t see dandelions. But in California, where I’ve been living for the last 14 years, dandelions are common year-round.

I love admiring the tiny sun-like flowers, and the intricate seed-head. My kid and I create memories, as we blow dandelion seed-heads. It’s free fun.

Remember, dandelion is not a weed, but a very edible and medicinal plant.

A bee - feeder plant. Nurture them. Change your perspective towards them.
