This is great. It really is a matter of perspective, isn't it?

You raised the old tried and true glass half full conundrum to high art, Paul. Diviner of our being is a jolly good line. I never see a glass of water as mundane again.

“Diviner of our being!” Nice! I had to read this small poem a few times.. it gets very philosophical! 🧐 Just checked out the cool challenge. I’m a bit of a cheese-ball, but must say thanks for the laughs yesterday - I needed it. Good for the soul haha. Peace out! 😁👍

Paul you did a splendid work in short time, where this poem resonates with the delicate balance of trust and uncertainty in human relationships. It also captures the essence of how promises, whether fulfilled or broken, shape our experiences and perceptions of others. Congratulations 🎉

  • Much loved by me.

  • Oooo, full/empty promises! I loved that!
