A cosmic kiss ?
For lack of a better word
Then let me explain this kiss
It was out of this world.
If this kiss I could capture
And bottle up tight
A kiss of intoxicating rapture
Of pure sensual delight.
With my life I would guard you
As this bottle would be
Of infinite value
The most precious to me.
Because this bottle contains
The very essence of why
We choose to suffer in pain
And eventually die.
Oh cosmic kiss !
You unlock my fire
From its slumber and cold stillness
You awaken my desire.
