Color Meditation

color meditation

By Luke CruzPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

As I stare the colors coagulate and untangle

Into hard counts of Red-Green-Blue.

The image no longer sewn to its object;

Rather, it is encoded at the edge of my senses.

I close my eyes and leave my mind behind.

A gradient nebula tumbling through transitions

Of subtle flavors of every existing experience.

Each unnoticeably distinct frequency of light

Condenses into strings wound into a rainbow rope tightly.

This cable of energetic wires snakes to fill all of space.

Each kink and knot leaves uneven blots

Forming a flexibly folded field of fractals.

It dances and beads as the fabric of spirituality.

Suddenly pink divinity cools into red ancestry.

Then violet and gold followed by our queen.

Evolution herself branching into a hundred luscious greens.

Faster as every hue repeatedly cascades

Like fireworks hidden from display.

Copper, teal, and lemon yellow lift the bubble-gum pink

from underneath purple, black, and red.

Finally coherent again, I'm back in my head.

Iridescent fiberglass cotton candy clouds.

Fruity stuffed animals wrapped in pastel pastry blankets.

I open my eyes.

Still no objects are seen, yet I see everything.

I see all the beings from the field of strings of colors of light making everything in sight.
