Color Me Glow

Color is Pride: True Colors

By Noemi FintorPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

I thought I was grey

But you came and showed me the way

On which I saw a rainbow

Not only in my heart

Which still beats by the way.

I crave excitement only the yellow

Of the sun holds

As our skin folds

Together in its rubbery texture

Your love is not a gesture

This, our path, narrow.

Fingers entwined

Green eye glances

At your perfectly timed

Raspberry smile

Oh to kiss you tonight

As the night advances

Into the dark.

Deepen my feelings

You never failed to do

Color my days

A lot less blue

Everydays are not grey

Thanks to you

I can see through

(I know I’m Gay)
