This is for Mikeydred's March prompt.

March is a time of change. Embrace, instead of fight. Michelle Liew

The dark stones now fights bright tones

The space around him turns black--

Concealed, form quiet,

Unsure of where to abide,

But the dark is his space now.

*********************************************

The morn means fresh hues

His skin revels, he transforms--

He soaks in the dawn,

His green skin now breathes, fearless

The world feels richer, wide, and free.

This is a beautiful and evocative poem! The imagery of transformation is stunning. I especially liked the sentence: "His green skin now breathes, fearless." It is such a powerful line! 💐🌷🌹🌼
