Dogs are from Mars and Cats are from Venus,

With personalities distinct, quite a genus.

Dogs are loyal and eager to please,

Bounding with energy, willing to appease.

Cats, mysterious and independent creatures,

Graceful and agile, their own unique features.

They roam with a sense of regal grace,

And demand attention on their own time and place.

Dogs wag their tails in joyous delight,

Ready to play, to fetch, to fight.

Their love and affection, a heartwarming embrace,

Forever loyal, their bond they won't efface.

Cats purr with a soothing melody,

Their eyes hold hints of secrecy.

They choose when to cuddle and when to roam,

In their own world, they find their home.

So different, these furry friends, it seems,

With their own ways, fulfilling our dreams.

From Mars or Venus, their origins unclear,

But in our hearts, their love is so dear.
