Catch the trauma

Release the trauma and let it spread where it should, deep enough to reach with your hand. She still can't remove it, trauma isn't that easy to grasp, but why not try to heal it, calm her nerves, and turn it into something better than it ever was? She decided for herself that it was better to turn it into something happier, more joyful, more meaningful than remaining in this form of eternal human trauma. She decided to pack her bags and move to a dragon's cave, where at least she could fly high and soar through the blue sky and clouds, leading a much more interesting life than eternally tormenting a defenseless human being. She healed her soul. She freed her child from the harm caused by her lies and attacks, and then an adult appeared, completely judged by everyone as a good being, whom no one really wanted to help and save after the trauma, transferred to a cage. The adult came to visit her to see how she was doing and if she was still wasting her life, traumatizing her family and all the people from afar.

The adult healed every day from all the evil that people silently inflict on each other. She, the adult, did not ask questions about the trauma because she knew it would be used against her to provoke her over and over again. She never again fell for the illusion of narcissists, psychopaths, sociopaths, and enablers of constant abuse, or those who are immune to it, because as a highly sensitive person, she knew that only through healing and constant attempts to start over was she able to survive. She left the trauma behind and said goodbye forever. The trauma created stories and tried to kill her every day, but she didn't know that through love and peace, she could still heal and recover from all the bad experiences.

She also knew that trusting and believing in a narcissist was worse than death, so she chose life.
