clear my mind daily from every devil demon and ghosts with all the practices i do please bring me a relief to have all enough to be able to survive and improve on all the levels of life 

as a highly sensitive pig living on earth please lessen my reaction to every provoking word and behaviours of the bad who love to play each single day with my and other life and health  

direct me to the people who are respectful not only for themselves direct me and guide me where i can really find a place to heal truly myself as you can already see they are making it impossible for me here since years even my best intentions and effort towards them I am no longer able to help being poor in health and how much more i can fight through all their fights loosing all my power to bring back my life 

guide where i can live safely and start to trust in human soul mind and hearts and slowly open up without traumatic reactions in my body and mind bring back my natural healing way where i had them all on but naturally through so many different creative practices I could easily clean and regenerate myself i know the time of now are not what it was yesterday but at least bring back and unblock these all golden key of my secret soul 

........words went into the state of a mediative one and that golden silence let that door to be more open and more wild whole the bad past has been transformed into the dust and it smoothly went out from my body and mind the information of the bad unhealthy and traumatic life has been deleted in the universe the body started to heal and mind came back to the power and faith so that the earth and universe had even bigger help on human earth 

spirit still needs healing and some new ways to clean what whole family generations never started before but at least they have some information they had some glimpses and maybe lets start from these glimpses of awakening and then try to turn focus back to yourself i know as highly sensitive its almost like fighting with the bully ox to really make all things work and focus just on yourself at least try many time and mostly you need to defense yourself living with more than one of them demons hidden in human form then add to it the neighbourhood and virtual psycho narc group then unfavourable days and attacks of some stars and snakes ??? now do you already get why practicing qigong is the only way? to a health? following the seasons and the law of the universe 

no matter how difficult they will try to make you through dont stop believe just immediately do 

your celestial helper is already in there waiting for you to be picked up and taken care of 

people will  help dont fear to take one you need it even if not perfect in health you have got that power you have got that strength even if sometimes things become impossible you know you accepted life and death circle as natural way on earth but you still can fight can try you still can every day being alive you can turn it into paradise at least in the moments where you are alone and can take rest from painful storms and when you feel just better at health all seems so possible and you have some Masters who are definitely One of the best Humans on Earth still alive to learn from and to smooth the ride retreat and maybe even hide for a while at the same time you need make all obligations on time a part of life that may interrupt with where to find time for a great Love fun joy why not Now there isnt any other any better time than just in the Now now doesnt come as now it is also before before before after and in the future already as entirety as whole as One
