Cat Lovers
It’s written in black and white, the power of feline love.

Cat Lovers
Two gentle shapes meet in a quiet street,
A black cat leaning in with bright, curious eyes,
A white cat lifting her face with soft trust,
Both of them caught in a moment that feels like fate.
Above them, tiny hearts drift through the air,
As if love itself decided to fall like snow,
Painting the day with a sweetness they barely notice,
Wrapped up in the simple closeness they share.
Their whiskers touch like a whispered promise,
A playful spark hidden inside their shy kiss,
And the world behind them fades into a blur,
Now nothing matters except the love between them.
They stand together in the middle of the old town,
Where rooftops lean and windows watch in silence,
Yet they move at their own gentle rhythm,
Proving that love doesn’t need words to be real.
And as they hold that tender stillness,
Two heart, black and white, learn to beat in one place,
Showing that even the smallest creatures
Can love in a way that feels beautifully boundless.

Great poem. If only cats did fall in love. From the sounds I have heard at night it is far from love, or maybe they just get super excited. 😁😁
I am probably wrong but this to me is like when Ying met Yang. Good job.
Cute stuff Marie! Lovely work!
Another wonderful poem. I love cats.
