Fire

Blazing light and heat

Warming both our hands and feet

Campfire marshmallows sweet

Air

Wind whips sparks up high

Swirling round and round, they fly

Evening breeze is nigh

Water

Pouring liquid on the fire

Quenching, sizzling (sounds will tire)

turning embers black.

Earth

After embers’ hiss

Smothered snug, by rocks and sand

Calm returns to land.
