BUZZ (crisis averted)
Bare minimum
Surviving through this day
Another gift I am ruined by
My heart swells
Gratitude, awareness, knowing
I am familiar
Blessings all around
Abundance
I see it all, I love it all
I am blessed: known fact
Beauty surrounds me
No matter
Unfortunate curse
The ache, the dark, the emptiness
It plagues from within
Knowing the secret, the way
Lacking the action, the balance
The proper brain chemistry
Resolute desires meet desolate efforts
What's left? Surrender
To everything, to every moment
Big and small *mostly small*
Growing fonder of present
Each simple acknowledgement
Brings me back to just being
I need nothing in the same way I need to be
So for now, that is what I'll do
I will practice tirelessly because this matters
It can feel silly
Throwing it back to Kindergarten
Building blocks
I've long lost my solid foundation
My tower: a sad game of Jenga
I sit in the grass
Green, soft, wet
In need of a good mowing *relatable*
A bee is pollinating nearby
In this moment I feel relief
I can escape
It's simple: I am with the bee
In this way I can lose myself
I forget, I am not me
I am the bee
