burn your love deep

burn into my heart

leave your imprint

lasting scars

pierce my palms

pierce with your nails

leave your imprint

lasting scars

without your love

a hole would remain

your imprint

the scars

burn forever

forever, our love

Nawwww!!! 👏 This is reminds me partly of a song lyric but I can’t remember which… I like that imprint idea though! Also D’s comment below! 🤣 - she will come after me one day!

  • To everything, burn, burn, burn, there is a season, burn, burn, burn, & a time for ever loving purpose under heaven.

  • Huh, another one woth nails piercing the palm. I love that reference. This was a very intense poem. An intense kinda love. So Paulitical! 🍩🥐

  • As always... beautifully written. Being surreal poetry... like Hannah, I am left wondering about the nature of this love story.
