When You Think You Are Someone's Creation
This is a poem inspired by an incident in my favourite book, Clive Barkerβs βImajicaβ
The chorus of the PJ Harvey song is "Let It Burn", never let anyone control you, even if you think you have no choice.

Naked on the Bare Board Floor
Are You Loved or Are You Owned?
Sartori Left You Alone,
Unloved By Your Creator

You Reach Out, Hoping To Touch
But Sartori or His Twin
Both Left You Empty Within
Left, With No One, Hurt So Much

Youβre The Maestros Creation
Those Were The Words That He Said
But Can You Believe In Him
Your Blood Stains The Floorboards Red

You Feel Bound to Him In Hurt
Now Smash Your Bonds, Make Him Burn
